I had a symfony site running. But then I changed the hosting, the site went blank. Please guide me what I need to do to make the site working in new domain.

Sounds like you moved your site to a new server, but never updated the DNS settings at your domain name registrar. The DNS settings is basically the IP address of the computer that's hosting your website. So right now your domain name is still pointing to your old hosting computer, which no longer has your files on it. You need to get the DNS settings from your new host and then go into where you have your domain name registered and change it there.
