What do you consider must have comments plugins for Wordpress?

I have just installed Subscribe to Comments and Wordpress Thread Comment. What do you consider some must have Wordpress comment plugins?

comment approval notifier and "No $hit!" (edited of course) for starters

Oh yes, you reminded me, I should have mentioned I have Akismet, I guess that qualifies in the comments department

Apparently Wordpress has a new template function http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_...ent_reply_link for threaded comments. (although documentation is a little vague)

I wonder if this makes the same database entry as the Thread Comment plugin, (so you can use them interchangeably if needed in the future).

It says that the default theme has it installed, but I couldn't find it.

Oh well, just hope there isn't a conflict in any future upgrades!

Some of most popular comments plugin for wordpress are Akismet, Spam Karma, Bad Behavior, Did You Pass Math?, and DoFollow Comments.

I found three pages of them by using the plugin browser installer in Word Press, entering the search term rate comments.
