    Tagline

Can a web page have more than one tagline bar? I have one at the top, but I want another near the bottom. If so, how do I do it?

To what are you referring? There's nothing in a web browser or the HTML language called a tagline.

If this refers to some kind of logo/tagline area in your design, then use the same markup at the end of your page as you used at the beginning to have it appear again at the bottom.

Thanx Dan. Your suggestion worked. I somewhat have it. However, I'd like to reposition it, as it interferes with a graphic that I have on the page. Can it be controlled in a more precise way?

Impossible to say without looking at the code. I can tell you the surely there is a way to control it, very possibly with CSS (using position) but hard to say.
