Question What is a Good Advertiser for Wordpress.com Blogs?

Since I can't run javascript and hence Adsense, what are some good advertisers that you guys are finding for Wordpress.com Blogs?

Also ECPM's would be nice to if you have them.

    Thanks.

The free wordpress.com blog won't allow you to run any ads on the blog since they provide free hosting for you. They will run their own ads on your blog for the return of providing the free hosting.

yes, but you can put images or text links on there.

I've seen people do it, I think it is just javascript (hence Adsense) you can't use.

    Cheers,

I have never used wordpress free hosting because I use blogger and I have no restrictions at all on my blog.

I was recommending you chitika but since you can't javascript then I can't help you. I am really sorry. I think that only thing you can do is put a banner or an image and link it to anywhere you want.

Please read the thread. The op isn't talking about a self-hosted blog, he is discussing a WordPress hosted blog.

Advertising is not presently allowed on WordPress.com blogs. If it gets reported, you will lose your blog. This is their link about advertising.

WordPress.com also has links about what type of content is and isn't allowed on their blogs. Here is the link.

I would say if you want to do advertising on your blog get a shared hosting account and host a WordPress blog yourself. You have all the control to do what ever you want. Greg Ellison

Yes like others said they do not allow advertising. You can always put up links though that you were paid for or that are affiliate links but either way I would pay the $50 a year to get a domain and hosting as it will pay off in the long run.
