General Features: They have the latest features for databases, PHP, PERL, etc? There's no dedicated IP. There's access to cgi-bin and .htaccess. Comes with a domain.
Reliability: I haven't really spent enough time there to know.
Customer Support: Live people who actually know what they're doing.
Pricing: 1.99 a month in 3 year rate
Space: unlimited
Speed: fast enough for me
Bandwidth: unlimited
It seems great to me. I haven't found anything wrong with it. It's really cheap for hosting and has everything a basic designer needs.
