I'm pretty satisfied with A2 Hosting. Their pricing plan is good and the service is exceptional.

Seems shared hosting is what you are looking for as ldcdc said. Since it is a brand new site better to start with shared hosting and find the provider with options to upgrade when your site grows. Best of luck.

The two most common types of hosting are shared and dedicated. Shared is composed of several sub classifications eg: VPS, Reseller/Semi-Dedicated, Virtual (shared). Dedicated is self explanatory. The most common platforms are unix based eg: Linux, FreeBSD, BSD, Debian etc and Windows. You need to decide which type and which platform you want to be on. Regardless of the platform a shared (virtual) account is usually the all that one needs to get started.

If it is the hosting for a single domain, shared hosting would be the preferred choice, you will have a control panel to manage your website.

Start with free web hosting and then move to the paid account if needed. I assume that is the best scenario to you

I don't think forum rules allow you to post affilate codes in your referral. Furthermore I believe you are required to identify domains you host with the referred host. More importantly unless you have hosted with every host or researched the same you could'nt possibly know if their prices are the best on the net.

You could start with some free webhosting, some free hosts even provide cpanel, however they aren't as reliable as a paid host.
I'd recommend shared hosting as your next option. You can get lots of space and bandwidth for fairly cheap these days.Erupt.com - Shared and Reseller Hosting

If you feel that shared hosting will not meet your needs the best next step up before going with virtual servers and dedicated would be to use clustered or grid services, they have several advantages over shared hosting but come between the price range of shared and dedicated
