    www.bluerobot.com is good for basic CSS laytout templates.

    You could also try http://www.thetemplatestore.com or http://www.subia-web-site-design.com. The template store has very generic templates at a very reasonable price. You will probably end up modifying them somewhat but are good for a quick start. Subia has nicer stuff but it is more expensive. They will try and price you for hosting and soforth but just tell them you want template only and you can get it for cheaper than they are showing on site.

    so how do you actually use .cc file. i can't open it with dreamweaver

    You could try Blogger - sign up for an account and see what you think of their templates. You might get some ideas there.

    ok, i will try that but now I have problems using one .cc tamplate. It just shows some stupid code when I try to see it in dreaweaver.

    how this works?
