    Is it possible to rotate an image 90 degrees with CSS?

    Hi!
    Do you know if it is possible to rotate an image 90 with CSS? or is it possible with ActiveX or any other Web programming language to do that?

    As far as I know rotating an image can only be done using a java applet (not javascript).

    Why don't you simply rotate the image in a graphics app and use it normally?

    That being said, you may find limited success with a method used (but not at all well supported) to rotate text.

    What specifically is your reason for wanting to rotate it?

    Use:

    For rounded corner images you could just use one image and use css (or whatever if possible) to rotate it for the other 3 sides and save some download time

    well my thoughts anyway

    I get an image by another application. I've to code a "viewer". And it would be nice to rotate the image because it might be not in the alignment. Could you explain to me how to write a javascript with this function?
