convert to rss 2.0

i have a file xhtml or rss 0.91 which i need to convert to rss 2.0 so that i can import into wordpress

does anyone know how to do it?

Why does it need to be converted? Just make sure the required 2.0 elements are in your feed.

Check out http://www.rssboard.org/rss-specification and validate the feed once you believe you have it setup correctly.
