Is it possible to make a redirection from an iFrame to a new page in PHP, and if yes... How?

The short answer is no, you cannot specify a target for the redirection.

What I would suggest if setting a "framebreaker" script on the page that you have redirected to. Although this will only work if the page is one that is under your control.
