    There are many free host.But I did`t know what could be meet your request .

    The only thing doubtful in his requirement is uptime . He is willing to afford the advertisements and all other usual restrictions related to free hosting.

    I don't think its worth to have an free hosting account. Free hosting never guarantee you about securing your website data. You never know when they will shut down your account. Also, they may not support the applications you want to install. It is always better to have a premium account though it is cheap but paid is always good.

    I'd use the one in my sig. I have a bunch of landing pages and old client accounts there....stuff works

    There are many free web hosting around but I doubt some host could assure you of being always online. Although they might say that but I still doubt they could keep that word. Even on paid hosting, there are just some inevitable circumstances that happen.

    You may require windows platform as you need asp.net. Freewebspace.net is a good place if you are looking for a free host.
