do you want your apps to be executable from online or do you mean you just need storage space?
    If storage, maybe try rapidshare.

I suppose that many morden free web hosting services might not support web applications you need and you'd rather do some research withing paid offers. But for the first time get started with the test account.

We have a problem with most of the free hosts, and a few of the paid hosts with some wordpress plugins not working.

But the free hosts serve our purposes to expand our presence.

Actually no one free web hosting will never give you any guarantee. But I strongly recommend visit freewebspace. There are some masters of the free web host you can really trust

You should go for 110mb and 0fees.net if you want a free host.
They are really reliable and have great uptime IMO.

"Free and always online" I believe it's very difficult to find such host however you can try out searching in forums that review free host.

In hosting, many will agree with me, you get what you pay for. If you want "always online" you will have to pay for it. If you want incredible support you will have to pay for it as well. In this industry, it's crucial you pay for the services you really value.
