    How to set the <title> </title> ?

    as requested by : SpacePhoenix

    The question was, How to set the title HTML tags for SEO purposes in a php code.

    Why can't use set the <title> the same way you set the Title:
    '<title>'.$row['title1'].'</title>';

    I don't see where you have a <title> tag anywhere on that page. It should be in the header. It should be as simple as Sharedlog wrote, just put it inside the head.

    problem solved.
    I have changed from single quotes to double quotes.
