    .htaccess or IP for he first advertising

    hello,

    I have a question about an advertising appears with our first visit to some websites, when you access any page of this website, so you will see this ad ( 90% full page with SKIP AD button ) and after it will not appear. how this happy ?? by .htaccess or IP
