I am designing a hosting site and in need of some help.

I need recommendations for both Customer Information/Billing software (web or pc based) and also recommendations on a trouble ticket system.

I am willing to look into both freeware and paid options.

PHP and MySQL would be perfect but I am willing to weigh all the options.
