Is there an easy way to track Feed stats?

I was wondering if anyone knew of an easy way to track feed stats without having to use something like Feedburner?

Nope. That's what feedburner so worthwhile in general. Some programs (depending on what you use to produce their feed) do include some optional tracking codes though

well I figured there might be an easy way to add code into the feed like you would with a webpage to track hits and what not.
