I came across this story too last week. It's crazy that something like that could happen. Makes me think a little more about eating watermelon and apple seeds

    What a hoax hahahahaha

Look at the little "tree". It is a snipped off tip of a grown tree. The needles are from an adult tree and not a seedling. Where is the root?

A tree seedling always has a root that is longer than the little tree. The root is the most important part of a plant in the beginning. The stem of a little tree is not wooded but green. The needles are more hairlike when it is little. There are so many give-aways…
