Find and Repace tool?

Which text editor or tools do you recommend to find content and add between them..

For example..

find: <div> title of the page </div>

and add that title at line 10 in alt image tag?

This need to be repeated in many files.

Try Dreamweaver CS4 trial. This has the best find / replace tool I have ever used. Just point it at the folder and it will do a full text match on each of the files in the folder.

be aware that there is no undo function
