The film was Dr Strangelove (Peter Sellers played 5 parts I think). At the end of the film a US General rides a Nuke to earth while waving a great big stetson around. The bomb has 'Hi There' sprayed on the side. It was a big cult film in the Mid Sixties (even before my time ) but the humor is VERY black.
