    who owns the domain

    well,
we are reseller and have around 80 domains registered now.

We got reseller account through one guy who runs a website and web hosting(and reseller of some other major server)

so we have access to domain name reseller control panel......

now,we feel we are not root reseller and he can stop our access to that any time he wants....and claim all those domain names.....

the administrative and technical details in all those account are ours..

so in case of dispute(if there ,in future) who will have right over those domain...

how can we get rid of these situation and get better control...
we already have prepaid account with him...so cannot leave all at once....
    and rates are also cheap....

    any help

Transfer the domains to another registrar. A couple, like GoDaddy, will allow you to keep any time left on the current registration plus 1 year at the flat rate. Since it's your contact info on the domains, you should get all the e-mails about approving the transfers.

I suppose that you have nothing to worry about. You may have the same reseller account like that guy has with the same registrar. In this case you will have better savings on the domain name reselling
    Good luck

You can sign up directly with the registrar and transfer out your domain names to the direct account, though your reseller may not like it.
