I wouldn't change a thing. This place is run extremely well as it is.
If I had to do something, I'd blitz the forums and delete as much fluff and spam as possible. I'd go through the sticky threads and remove useless posts, fluff etc. I'd probably round up a load of volunteers to go through old threads in certain forums and report everything fluff or spam.
Oh, and I'd probably make a few stickies on certain forums in hope of reducing repetitive threads about certain subjects, such as what IDE to use etc. Maybe add a couple of new forums for new technologies.
Thats it, really.Jake Arkinstall

I think that Sarah and Shayne do a great job. I don't think that I can do it any better than they do.

Why do people always want to do bad things when they get the power to do so?
Why would you ban the mods? Ok, for a laugh... but realistically, they're wisely chosen and do a great job. I'm pretty sure a mod that DIDNT do a good job wouldn't be a mod for much longer.
The awards are voted by us, so it's a fair award. If the staff can vote (which I'm not sure on), their vote would count the same as a normal member.
As for the rabbit... I know I'd see the funny side! Though I do use avatars to identify the more active members rather than the usernames, so identifying authors of posts would be different.
We usually do have a large amount of people changing their avatars for occasions, though the single-religion ( such as easter in Christianity ) holidays aren't popular avatar-changing events because of the multi-cultural forum this is.Jake Arkinstall

Some cash?
Selling sitepoint would bring in alot more than 'some cash'
Though I don't think the admin(s) actually own sitepoint forums. I believe sitepoint inc. does.Jake Arkinstall
