Need Help. Script to pull queries from google

    Hi,

After spending 4 days waiting for a programmer (I think programmer) to do a script for me. The script is suppose to pull data from Google searches per month

    Using https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
    and get the results online.

    The script/bot would pull data.

the person I hired to write the script, tells me now that he can't do it.

Is there a way to do that and please advise how complex it is or time consuming. I paid the programmer an upfront 15% fee and have been waiting 4 days, just to find out the guy can't do it via PM today.

    Advice?

Google's terms and conditions specifically state that you may not use automated programs to grab information of any kind from Google.

If there's an API for it, it wouldn't be very hard at all. If there isn't such an API, it would be illegal.

Is there a similar keyword searches if I can't use google?
    A link would be appreciated.

basically, if I wanted to check a keyword on how many time it was search on google. I would go to https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal.

But I wanted to have a script that does the grabbing. I am not sure what you mean by API, I am not a programmer and I do not understand the context in which you said. Could you clarifiy and point to leads info that I could use.

    Thanks for replying.
