Share Hosting
I wish to share my hosting, if I make a FTP account specific for a directory, user will access only that directory or he can hack/access something from main directory (mysql/directories etc)

That person could easily upload a page (PHP, perl, any language the web server will run) which gives complete access to all the files in the hosting account in all directories.

Create a new user (not just an FTP account, an actual system user) for this other person and make sure the permissions on all directories other than this user's hosting directory don't allow him access at the file system level.

If you are on any cpanel server, adding a additional FTP user will give him access only to the folder you specify.
