I'm so glad IE8 fixed having to set display:inline on it.
Also I should note that IE8 has some pretty good CSS support...though it effing crashes every two minutes (I was stuck on it for an ENTIRE DAY!). Very slow browser..seems they cut back on user experience just to get some better web standard support..
Yea we don't give up because 9/10 some problem similar to this has been asked before (though gl looking through all the pages lol)
