Zen-Cart, HTML in text box

I need some help here. I am working on a zen-cart store.

So in the admin panel, I can input an option. like a size.

So for example:

size 5<br>limited (so now this saved as a text inside a text box)

So in the description page it load fine, but in the checkout or anywhere else it shows the whole code like this

size 5<br>limited

instead of:

size5
limited

does anyone know why is this happened? it there a way to load html in text box?

because in the admin panel, I can edit the description in text box and I can put HTML code in it and it display well.
