Do you photoblog?

Just want to see how many of us photoblog! And can the photo galleries be termed as blogs? Like Flickr, Zooomr, etc.? They do have RSS feeds, they show photos in chronological order & they allow interaction with reader/viewer. Personally I don't think they can be equated with blogs, they are not blogs! What do you guys think?

No, apart from using flickr (which I'm not a very active member of their community) I don't have one. For now, flickr suits my needs so I wasn't planning on starting a photoblog.

I don't use Flickr or any of those others (do not have an account on YouTube, etc)
I have simply custom-built a gallery whenever I need one.
Like this one from a favorite vacation last year.

I have a Flickr account (not that active with it though) which suits my needs. But I wouldn't consider that a photo-blog.

No as I said I don't have any plans to start a photoblog at the present time. Your theme sounds like a good project though. Plenty of scope for different pictures but with a unifying theme being the motorcycle ride.

Do you take your bike on trips through Greece? I was in Athens this past summer by the way, cool place.

Thanks.. Till now only in Greece.. I just finished my military service.. and from now on I'm going to travel abroad.. on bike I mean..

What blogging software are you planning to use? Pixelpost is a popular photoblog software while there are lots of people who use WordPress, Movable Type, Textpattern etc. but I've seen mostly Pixelpost & WordPress in use. I use WordPress myself & a custom theme & plugin that I made - checkout here.

That said, if you are looking to use WordPress, here are some options:

Ok, you don't have a camera, well that is definitely a good reason for not taking photos. But whoever told ya that pretty pictures are taken only when you travel to picturesque or exotic places was definitely wrong! A lot of good photos I've seen have been taken by people in their own city, like when going to work or coming back from it or in the neighbourhood of their residence etc. A good photo can be taken anywhere, you don't need to travel to far off places to take good photos!

It's without permalinks, comments on each post, manual posts, without database, without tags or categories, without calendar, without everything a blog makes a blog... exept the photos and my own txt

I want to get back to the US for a bit this spring. To experience India properly I figure would take 3-5 months. I don't want to go, see the Taj Mahal and leave.

I plan on going to India in a year to two so I can visit it properly.
