We're planning to hire someone to sell advertising space on our site. We want to hire the person as an 'independent contractor', not as an employee.
Does anyone know where I can find this type of contract (besides going to a lawyer)?
Thank you.

There's a number of sites that give away or sell baes templates you can use. Some help you customize with a series of questions while others just highlight areas for you to change.
Start with a google search "independent contractor agreement"

Assuming that you are not intending to use a lawyer for this (though I know my prices are pretty darn reasonable), please make sure you do a little research into what is required of an independent contractor agreement. There are factors that are weighed when a court is deciding whether someone is an employee or an independent contractor. Getting those wrong in your initial contract could end up being very expensive in the end...
