I figured that much out on my own, doesn't tell me squat about what affiliate network it is. Try the sites they have listed in the WHOIS, they either don't work or they're complete garbage.

That may, unfortunately, be all the information you're going to find on them then. If they've covered their tracks that well, it means they don't want to be found. Therefore they're not going to reveal themselves on a public message board.

There's a network incentivizing the following campaigns "Medical Billing & Certification $1.99 Trial!" and "Freedom From Alcohol Online $1.99 Trial" if you guys need details let me know.

That network would be ExpressRevenue I believe. Mass revokes for those two campaigns. I just wrote a long blog post about it if you guys want more information. I would also like to find out who owns lmlttrack.com, PM me if anyone knows. Thanks a lot.
