How many emails in your inbox?

I receive no less than 75 new emails each day. I reply to whichever is necessary and delete the rest. 90% of legitimate mails of mine are related to online business.

Then checked out Sent. 4691.

i get about 100 - 200 every day, and i deal with them all immediately

- read and delete immediately
- read and reply immediately
- read and file immediately
- delete immediately

if you leave them sitting there more than a day, you're cooked

I second that! I too always read and delete unimportant mails, and I always empty my trash and spam mails.
