"PlayList" Program...

Hello,

I am looking for good cgi program where I could:
- define the TOP50 music titles and display them on sigle page
- each position will have the ranking column with points from visitors' polling: basically each position will have a button where unique visitor can click and vote for the song.

Actually, any program that will make good, functional playlist on the website where visitors can make their votes.

I'd do that with a database not a cgi script.
