I will start will probably get a slap for this but I have always been with AOL, gone down about 6 times in 4 years.

Currently with Netspace. Was with Exetel until they started blocking my access because of bogus spam reports from the worst ISP on the planet - AOL. I haven't had any problems since blocking AOL users from using any of the contact forms on my site. Never gone down in 9 years apart from the short period caused by AOL.

(upgraded from ADSL1 to ADSL2+ yesterday with no noticable downtime)

The only reason I ask about this is AOL have terrible reviews online as an ISP, O2 are voted the best in the UK. I know tiscali are possibly the worst, just wanted to hear other peoples views

I am with Zen Internet in the UK and have had nothing but high quality service since I moved away from the poor quality ISP known as Orange.

PS: Zen were voted the best small ISP in the UK (where as O2 were indeed voted the best large ISP in the UK).
