Hong Kong reseller companies?

I have been looking for the Hong Kong company which offre reseller packages. \
It seems that espinda.com has the servers as in the USA as in the UK. So I have no idea if they are local to Hog Kong.

If they have office somewhere in the US or UK and servers in the HK would be that wise to use them?
