There is no advantage or disadvantage of having "Google" in domain name.

Is there any prove that Google will not like it? I mean Google guide line for webmasters doesn't say any thing about that.
You can certainly register a domain name with Google in the name but you run the risk of them at any time choosing to send you a cease and desist letter if they want you to relinquish the domain name. They probably won't bother you but if your site gets big then it could be an issue. Not something that I would ever want to risk.

We've seen lot of blogs with google as part of the sub domain , go ahead and pick one main domains with google in it...
Its not a big advantage but it must help...
Yup, and we've seen lots of people violating the speed limit while not getting
caught. Those that do, though, tend to pay a price.
Maybe Google will bother you, maybe they won't. But only they will decide to
go after someone or not for potentially infringing their trademark.
Heck, search Yahoo or whatever non-Google search engine for Google domain
trademark and you'll find a few results. They even went after a Netherlands-
based man for registering and using domains bearing their mark for commercial
use without their permission.
But hey, up to each and every one if they're up to playing the game..and deal
with the results as they occur.

Trademarked domains rarely if ever pay off in the long run. If you're noticed - which is likely if your site using a domain name succeeds - don't worry about them coming after you, but EXPECT them to come after you.
For myself, I know I'd never want to take that chance.

but Google is a trademark and according to rules, if google doesn't like your domain. They can take it from you, which is rare IMO

You can thank trademark laws for drawing a few lines what one can't do.
it actually depends on you, if you try to impersonate Google as if you are some sort of a section or representative of google.
then yes, you will be in trouble..
other wise none of the two will bother.
