Question Should I register the domain or not?

Hi, I am still not sure why a phrase with an exact search volume of about 45000 is yet to be registered as a domain. What's gone wrong here? Any answers. And doubly surprising is the fact that the .net TLD of another domain (.com TLD and exact search volume of over 60000) is still virgin. What do I do now, register or leave? And what are the chances that it can sell for a good money? If at all how much money? Your answers please. Thanks.

Well if its potential to grow in the next few years it can be sold but if it isn't potential I wouldn't do it

And what are the chances of you breaking even on it if you try to sell it in the future? I say, just get it. It was worth your time to make a post about it so it must be worth something.

Ha, the [Exact] Avg Search Volume for my "hottest" (read: least lame) domain is approximately 2,500. So, based on that metric alone, it looks as though yours would be a good purchase. Have you checked if the domain has been registered and dropped before?

I say definitely go for it. I will grab almost any domain name for registration fee if the exact match keyword phrase gets more than 1,000 monthly searches on average and the average CPC is over $1 (as long as the domain name is not super long and if the keyword phrase shows strong buyer intent).

A good tool to use is the type in traffic finder tool at Domain Superstar (the link in my sig) that uses real time data from Google to help you find domain names available to hand register that are an exact match to keywords with monthly search traffic.

    Good luck!

I suppose that $10 for the potentially good domain name do worth to be spent. I'm sure that in time you will be able to sell that at registration price
