Your 3 factors which you consider before buying webhosting ?

Now you want to hire some hosting. So tell us guys what three factors you will consider before selecting any hosting company.

2. Reputation
3. Do they have cpanel?

You asked for 3, I'll throw in a fourth. Do they advertise on sitepoint?

1. Reputation (includes uptime, support, reasonable policies and upholding of such)
2. Likelihood of a change of owners/merger
3. Price

Point #2 is the really hard one to estimate.

These are my 3 factor of consideration.

2- Initial 24/7 Support Test (you should test that)
3- Number of Downtimes per month & How fast they fix them (again, you have to put your feet in the water the first month to test that).

2-Reputation/Server Uptime
3-Price/Included Applications
