    Hello,

I guess CMS will be the best solution to it. But witch one will be easier for him to use. Is there CMS that allows to edit the pictures on th e fly.
Please advice, I have been looking around but there is so many CMS I am totally confused.

Try Wordpress. It's very user friendly and easy to use.

I guess the best way to check it will be installing it
There're different levels of user management. You will see it quickly.
Just try it famuos 5-minute installation.
