How do i find the orphans??

we have pages on our site that were initially reached through an email link or some similar method. over the years these pages have created "orphans" that are indexed in search engines (google...) and can be reached when specific criteria is entered.

is there some type of software that can crawl through the site and find pages without any entry links?? kinda' reverse spider??

    thanks for any input

Perhaps the best thing you could do is download a product which will spider all of your pages and list all of the linked pages, and then you can compare the file names against the directory of your files through FTP so you can find out exactly what pages have become orphaned and ignored?

Try Xenu link sleuth to find broken links within your site. It is free.
