    Zend_Search_Lucene

    Does anyone have a good article that shows how to use Zend_Search_Lucene with database records? I'm running a bit behind on a project and would like to shave a few hours where ever I can.

    It would probably be the same as you would with an RSS feed. Have to loop though the results making an index.

    Ok so..

    PHP Code:
    $doc = new Zend_Search_Lucene_Document();
    $doc->addField(..);
    $doc->addField(..);
    $doc->addField(..);
    Seems simple enough. But wouldn't it be more efficient to rebuild the index for a given record only when a record is updated rather than having to iterate over and index the records?

    Also, thanks a lot for the article
