Will google hand out an email address based on DMCA

Hi all,

A client of mine has an engineering import business here in New Zealand. There are regularly scammers that copy a page from their website and use it as copy in an "online work from home" scheme, basically suggesting that people do some foreign exchange processing for them.

The scammers often use Google email addresses for this, for example: companyname.ltd@gmail.com

Based on that they violate my clients company register name, we would like to have the email address handed over to limit the impact that these scams have and to better protect their brand.

How would I approch Google to do this?

You can ask, but I would assume that Google has a strict policy against providing information until they receive a court order.
