Hello Allen,
I can understand your requirements. Please go through my guide and you will have your answer. While there are many freelancing sites on the internet, only few of them are legitimate and free to join. The ones i have mentioned in my guide are real and time tested. I am personally working on them for the past 1.5 years. Be patient while applying for works. It will not happen immediately. But with little persistence you should get through. Get registered in them and start applying to as many projects as you can.
