Use a Downloaded Class

I found a class that automatically emails error information, should any occur.
What's needed in order to test it? - How do I test it?

Did you try reading the documentation? Or reading through the code at all?

I have the comments contained inside the files, but they haven't helped much and I'm still not entirely sure on how to use it.
