question on SMARTY and PHP ACCELERATORS.

Hello,

I really am new to php accelerators.

How do I use them? I tried downloading one http://www.php-accelerator.co.uk/download.php here but it says Downloads are currently available for BSDi, Linux, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, and Solaris..

I develop my site on a windows OS and my hosting is LINUX OS, what should I choose??

How can I integrate this php accelerator to smarty template??

You won't need to do anything to your code in most cases. These accelerators will cache the compiled byte code of your PHP scripts so that they do not need to be re-compiled again. However, your host has to install it. You don't have to install it on your development server because you won't need to code any differently.
