Which Voip service to use?

For the last 2-3 days i've been searching the web, reading reviews, testing things out in order to find a good VOIP service. what i basically need is a PC 2 Phone call system. i would also like to by with paypal and to pay for what i talk and not monthly, yearly and so on...i looked at skype, signed up but on the payment page i have only moneybookers and money transfer...i don't know where the other payment methods gone.
i also tried another company but have to wait 24 hours for activation..very strange..well i hope you give me a few choices..thanks!

To be honest, Skype is the best in terms of both quality and cost of calls, if possible I would stick with them, but search Google for VOIP services and you will find some alternatives I suspect.

I see all payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Master, payment by bank
And on the next line (other payment methods): Diners and Moneybookers.

Skype is free to download and it is used in many companies. So I recommend Skype.

VoIP is reliable and I have it on my mobile. You can get so many free minutes with them on some phone plans.
