    Go to your WP dashboard, check the "Appearance" tab on the left column. And then select widgets.

    Check the "Current Widgets" section on the right part of your screen. And then select the "Blogroll" (if it is under the current widgets) and then click the "Edit" beside the "Blogroll". There will have an option to remove that widget.

    @SoulScratch:

    The discussions are outdated and none is appropriately applicable, at least for my version.

    Anyway I manage to do legitimately.

    Go to admin -> left side bar -> links tab -> click edit -> on the right side, check all checkboxes -> choose delete. Done!

    @zeruel: Maybe because of my ridiculous set up, when I check current widgets, there is nothing used yet including the blogroll.

    Logged in your blog - Go to dashboard - Click on widgets section - remove link section widgets - Save widgets.

    It is the process to remove blogroll from your wordpress blogs.

    You can also manage the sidebar template manually are remove that bit of code that brings it up. If you have basic skills with HTML/PHP, you should be able to locate it
