Can you guys give me pointers?

I have recently set up a blogging website on boxing and was wondering what people think about it.

Its generating about 200 vistors a day but the adsense $ from clicking is low at the moment, hopefully will increase in time.

The site looks nice, it's new, you need to get more incoming links if you are going to generate any organic traffic.

Have you considered adding a top commenters box? Linking back to other sites, and commenting on them as well, will get you more traffic. Other things you can try:

-Submit your articles or posts to social sites
-Comment in boxing forums or other similar sport-related niches
-Try affiliate marketing in place of AdSense

Is it possible to have that first adsense stretch across the top rather than be in a rectangle? I think that would be more aesthetically pleasing.

I would also see if it is possible to make your header stand out a little bit more (the 187 Boxing).
