Wanting To Align Form Field With Submit Button

I have a newsletter signup on the right hand side and the field "EMAIL ADDRESS" and the Sign Up button are shifting and are not aligned. I would like to have these two items line up. I have tried adding a valign=top but it did not work.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
