Anyone know what this means?

Can't connect to the database
Access denied for user: 'ODBC@localhost' (Using password: NO)

I am adding a database to my website .. and I had it all set up locally, it worked great.. So I moved it to the server.. created a db account, created the db tables with php install files, it even queries the db when I load my the page attached to the db... But when I go to log into the admin page .. it gives me the above error.

In your php file that contains the connection information for the db. Is it set to look for it elsewhere and not at localhost?
