I have a page set up with code similar to the following:
HTML Code:
<ul id="my_tree">
  <li>Subject A
    <ul>
      <li>Title A1
        <ul>
          <li>Author A1a
            <select name="A" id="A" onchange="alert('ya')">
              <option value="1">One</option>
              <option value="2">Two</option>
            </select>
          </li>
        </ul>
      </li>
    </ul>
  </li>
</ul>

<select name="B" id="B" onchange="alert('wo')">
  <option value="1">One</option>
  <option value="2">Two</option>
</select>
In IE (surprisingly) it works fine, but Firefox is giving me a problem. The select inside the list has an odd behavior while the one outside performs perfectly normal. The odd behavior is this, I click the select once and it's fine, but if I click it a second time (so that the select list stays open), the select shrinks in width a little and the list that stays open is empty...

Like I said it's a weird problem I've never encountered...but has anyone ever had this problem?
