    Unhappy Return of the BSOD's

Not something I wanted to see anytime again, but sure enough Win2k is blasting me with some vicious Blue Screens. I don't know what would be causing this, but I have one that seems fairly random and another that always happens when I try to print. Any ideas on this problem?

Can you give us any more information? What does the BSOD say?

Attachments have to be approved before they appear

    Take a look at this:

I wasn't aware that attachments had to be approved, but that makes sense. Must be a real chore though.

As for the link, I appreciate it but I had looked at it earlier and it really didn't get me anywhere.

From my experience Win 2k BSOD's are usually DEADLY!

Except once, all the instances I got it, eventually I had to format the computer

Yeah....although it might be a hardware problem. I had all sorts of STOP errors in Windows 2000 with a dying 75GXP Deskstar.

Is a reinstallation of Windows a possibility?

Formatting Windows, It's a moment of joy as the disk is wiped clean... Followed by hours of hell as you sit and wait cd after cd trying to restore your system to it's prior operating status. And, then of course, Root Canal as you venture to WindowsUpdate.
