    displaying Unicode?

    how can i get a webpage to display Unicode characters? does it work if i simply specify the charset?

    It does on my pages; <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> is what my page will be encoded by, it is then up to your browser to read that statement which Netscape 6.22/Mozilla seems to do fairly well at guessing I used UFT-8.

    But I don't know if you meant a list rather than Unicode encoding of a page.

    what i meant was how to get Unicode characters to show up properly instead of appearing as HTML entities...

    i'll try your suggestion... thanks a lot!
